As shared in yesterday’s update, all St. Charles Parish Public Schools’ sites, including the School Board Office, will remain closed on Thursday, January 23, 2025, due to ongoing hazardous road conditions and the inability to safely assess facilities at this time.
In addition, we regret to announce that the performance of The Remember Balloons scheduled for Friday, January 24, 2025, at the Lafon Arts Center has been canceled due to weather-related flight cancellations affecting the arrival of the cast. At this time, it is unclear whether the performance will be rescheduled for a later date.

In an email sent on January 17, 2025, to affected school systems, PowerSchool shared details about the steps they are taking to address the incident and support those whose information may have been involved.
