Mrs. Kandyce Simoneaux

I am excited to enter into my 14th year as an educator. I spent the first 6 years in Lafourche Parish and the last 7 years in St. Charles Parish at Albert Cammon Middle. This is my 1st year at Mimosa Park as Assistant Principal. I am thrilled to start my first year as an administrator. I received my Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education (4-8) with certifications in math and social studies and Master in Educational Leadership degrees from Nicholls State University. Seeing smiles on children’s faces as they succeed is the reason I got into education and what I look forward to each and every day. 

My family includes my husband, Carl and two beautiful children, Liam and Myah. Our children keep us busy with their extracurricular activities. Outside of school and extracurriculars, we love animals, fishing, and traveling, especially camping.
